1. Introduction

Welcome to Suryashila ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Suryashila mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Who We Are

Suryashila is a business platform providing product catalog access, order management, GST invoicing, and employee field-operations tracking for authorized business users and their customers.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by (a) registered business customers of Suryashila, and (b) authorized employees of Suryashila. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

Access to certain features requires a login account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@suryashila.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Product Catalog & Orders

Product information, pricing, and availability displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase; orders are confirmed only upon our written or in-app confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to errors in pricing, availability, or other reasons, with prior notice to you.

6. Payments & Invoicing

Invoices generated through the Platform are GST-compliant. Payment terms are as agreed upon between Suryashila and the respective client. Late payments may attract applicable interest or penalties as per Indian commercial law.

7. Employee Location Tracking

The Platform includes a location-tracking feature for Suryashila field employees. Location data is collected only during work hours and only from employees who have been informed of and have consented to this tracking as part of their employment terms. Location data is used solely for operational purposes (field management, route optimization, attendance) and is not shared with third parties. Employees may contact their manager or HR regarding tracking concerns.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services — including name, phone number, business details, order history, and (for employees) location data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business or legal obligations. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, logos, images, and software — is the property of Suryashila or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Share your login credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the application
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suryashila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the app or email.
